I'm an inquisitive dreamer with a passion for helping others become the most fearless versions of themselves.
I've been coaching high school dance teams for over a decade - big teams, small teams, all-girl teams, co-ed teams - you name it, I've coached it! All of my teams have had two things in common: a strong team culture and a winning record.
I founded the Tiers System with the core beliefs that every young person's voice MATTERS and that with the right tools, everyone can be successful - and it starts with coaches who care.
Through fearless coaching, we can give each young person the tools to be fearless in the pursuit of their dream and of a better future.

Interns
Irene Balasoiu
Irene is a student at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. She leads branding and design for the company. Fun fact: She was one of the first dancers to ever use the Tiers System!
Cali Wery
Cali, a former Tiers dancer, is a senior at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities studying Sociology with minors in Leadership, Youth Studies, and Political Science. At the Tiers System, Cali assists with user interface coding to improve the user experience and with social media to help build the Tiers Community.
Savannah Wery
Savannah is a graduate student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities studying for her M.Ed in Social Studies. Savannah danced at her local studio, on her high school dance team, and in a dance club in college. She works on the Tiers System interface to improve the user experience for coaches and dancers.

Dr. Chelsea Pierotti
Chelsea is a psychology instructor at the University of Colorado and a specialist in Sport Psychology for dancers. She consults with dancers, coaches, and dance teams all over the country providing mental toughness workshops, 1:1 coaching for coaches, and as a conference speaker. More about Dr. Chelsea Pierotti
Brenda Eckhardt
Brenda is a photographer and social media strategist. She guides the company on content creation and helps us to stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing.
Eve Jewson
Eve has an extensive technical dance background. Currently, she is the co-coach of a D1 high school dance team with a particular focus on strength and technique. Eve is advising the company on technical progressions and consistency.
Alexa Breen Fleury
Alexa is a teacher and high school coach in St. Paul, MN. She is advising the company on expansion into other states with particular attention to compliance with state athletic associations.
Chidi
Employee of the month, every month. Chidi loves to run zoomies in the yard, snuggle with his stuffies, and eat things he shouldn’t.
